Instructions to be followed Strictly

Punctuality

  1. Be punctual. School gate will be closed at 7:20 a.m. Summer timings and 8:00 a.m. Winter timings. No child will be granted entry after the school gate closes.

Uniform

  1. Untidy and incorrect uniform will be checked and penalized.
  2. Hair must be well groomed and cut, giving a neat appearance. Girls  are not permitted to wear bangles. Fancy clips and Jewellery items to school. Long nails, nail polish is strictly prohibited.

Regularity

  1. Absence for more than a week without information will result in the deletion of the students name from the school rolls. In such a case the student will be permitted to attend school only after paying Re-admission charges.
  2. 85% attendance is compulsory for all to appear in the final exam.
  3. Leaves for half day should be avoided. In case of emergency written permission must be taken from the principal.

Conveyance

  1. Give one month written notice in case you want to discontinue the Van service.
  2. Withdraws in between the academic session will be permitted only when the fee is paid up to March i.e. end of the session.

Withdrawal

  1. The security money will be refunded only at the end of the year subject to N.O.C. from the class teacher after clearing of all Labs, library dues of the school.
  2. Registration and admission fee is not refundable or Transferable.
  3. One month notice should be given in advance for the transfer certificate.
  4. Transfer certificate will be issued only when all dues are paid.

Academic

  1. Bring your bag according to the class time table.
  2. Students will not be allowed to sit in the class without respective textbooks.
  3. Proper write up in the notebook is must as directed by the subject teacher.

Admission

  1. Registration and admission fee for a particular year will neither be refunded or not Transferable for any other year.
  2. Any change in the residential address or telephone numbers of the student must be intimated to the school immediately.

Medical

The school must be informed in written duly acknowledged by the school office with seal and signature. If any student suffers from fits, caesar or any other serious or chronic ailment and the assistance required by the school. In the absence of such information the school will not be responsible if the student participates in any activity which is not recommended medically.
